Leslie Ye Places 1st in the Early Composer Level 7 List A Class
Congrats to Leslie Ye, who placed 1st with a mark of 90 in the Early Composer Level 7 List A class earlier this week. She also placed 3rd out of 10 in the Sonatina class. Leslie studies with Linda Jung in our Academy of Music.
Rocky Tu Accepted to Brown University's
Pre-College Program
A huge congratulations goes out to Rocky Tu, who has been accepted into Brown University's Pre-College Program for the summer of 2024. Rocky will have the opportunity to join students from across the globe in experiencing college-level academics. Congratulations, Rocky!
ASCIS Alumna Aliyah King Named as a Finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship
ASCIS Alumna, Aliyah King, was named a national finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship, an award which brings talented individuals from across the globe to study at the University of Oxford. Aliyah was interviewed as a finalist to represent Canada for this prestigious award, which was originally established in 1903 for students with outstanding intellect, character, leadership, and commitment to service. "Ste-Cécile is a significant part of my life and development," Aliyah said. Académie Ste-Cécile is extremely proud of her accomplishment, and extends heartfelt congratulations to Aliyah!
Wayne Yao Receives $100,000 Scholarship to the University of Toronto
